There was time when Macromedia Flash (Adobe Animate) completely ruled the web. I started out as a designer and animator, but later learned to code when I saw people doing things you just couldn’t do by hand. Having the ability to both design and code opened up numerous doors and opportunities. I could complete projects in record time since I could skip the massive amount of documentation other designers had to do before passing their work on to developers.

Below are some various projects I created

User Generated Humor.

Micromass wanted to increase awareness of its brand at one of the largest pharmaceutical trade shows in the south. We engaged attendees to build their own comics based on the unique artwork of New Yorker Cartoonist Leo Cullum. Users could then share their ideas with their friends and colleagues.

The more laughs that were created, the more word got out.

Engage.

Micromass pitched to Audi a campaign centered around the R8, I created an engaging interactive experience that launched several core experiences after the viewer opened a laptop.

Rule of Three For Me was an interactive feedback tool to show Audi how different personas viewed their brand compared with their competitors.

Conversation is our Currency was a video shot at a nearby Audi dealership with a local videographer where Audi could hear first hand from customers about their experience with the R8 and the Audi brand.

Interactive versions of the content were made within the presentation that coincided with printed materials they also received.

Micromass Holiday Card

In 2008 Micromass wanted to create a fun interactive experience to allow clients to suggest donations they’d like for Micromass to make in their name.

The result was a hilarious interactive phone experience where the user could “dial in” and chat with specific holiday representative (a pre-recorded video) to make their suggestion.
